We are seeking an experienced Multi‐Site Quality Manager to oversee quality performance across UK manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent standards, compliance, and quality culture across the network. Our UK sites make us a global leader in the creation, manufacture, and supply of high‐quality ingredients and solutions for the food, beverage, QSR, nutrition, and industrial sectors. As Multi‐Site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for embedding ADM's quality strategy, supporting and developing local Quality Managers, and driving continuous improvement. You will ensure that all sites meet the highest levels of food safety, customer expectation, and regulatory compliance. This role can be based at any of our sites across Stafford, Hereford, London, Little Walden or Paddock Wood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the regional quality strategy and objectives across all sites.
  • Ensure consistent application of ADM corporate quality policies and standards.
  • Provide functional leadership, guidance, and mentorship to local Quality Managers.
  • Promote collaboration, alignment, and best‐practice sharing between sites.
  • Ensure training, competency development, and performance management of local Quality teams.
  • Further develop and strengthen the multi‐site Quality Management System (QMS).

Compliance, Audits & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with relevant certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC) and all legislative requirements.
  • Prepare for, conduct, and follow up on customer, supplier, and certification audits.
  • Maintain strong alignment with internal Food Safety & Quality policies and customer‐specific requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and GMP across all UK sites.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse and benchmark quality KPIs and performance indicators across all sites.
  • Identify variations, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support customer complaint management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
  • Support supplier quality activities, including specification management and raw material reviews.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular performance reporting to the Regional Quality Manager (KPIs, audit status, improvements).
  • Ensure smooth communication of customer and regulatory requirements across all sites.
  • Champion quality objectives and initiatives with site leadership teams and regional stakeholders.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative, solution‐focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites, occasionally at short notice.
  • Proactive approach to coaching, developing, and supporting colleagues.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or similar scientific discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in Food Industry Quality Management.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Hygiene, Allergen Management, and UK/EU food legislation.
  • Experience working with QSR, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in managing or supporting multiple sites is an advantage.
