Act as a key day-to-day point of contact for Farm Traders regarding seed-related enquiries. Provide timely and commercially focused support to Farm Traders. Assist with seed quotations, pricing enquiries and product recommendations. Prepare and distribute seed price lists, availability updates and other relevant commercial information. Monitor seed stocks, product availability, seasonal demand and sales activity. Support the Seed Trader with day-to-day commercial seed activities. Liaise with suppliers, breeders and internal teams to obtain and communicate relevant commercial and product information. Follow up outstanding queries and actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
