We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join the Technical Department at Totally Natural Solutions, part of ADM, based in Paddock Wood.
This hands-on role focuses on operating specialist CO extraction equipment to produce high-quality hop extracts used in the food and beverage industry.
You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of two CO extraction machines and associated equipment Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the department to support food safety Accurately label, pack, and complete production documentation in a timely manner Support site-wide waste reduction initiatives in line with company policy Follow HACCP procedures and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work in accordance with food quality standards (ISO FSSC22000, ISO9001) Adhere to all Health Safety requirements and proactively identify potential risks Report accidents, near misses, and damage promptly to management Skills Abilities Enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to high standards Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to work both independently and as part of a team Confident communicator with...
