ADM Health & Wellness (H&W) seeks a Director to oversee Regulatory Affairs operations and compliance across EU/UK manufacturing sites for our microbiome solutions, pre- and post-biotics. This leadership role ensures regulatory adherence and operational excellence in H&W’s robust portfolio. This role is available in a hybrid working agreement in the UK or Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Regulatory interface for EU/UK, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and seamless collaboration across Quality, Supply Chain, NPD, and Sales.
- Support the Global Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) H&W Head in aligning business operations with regulatory requirements.
- Partner with corporate RSA teams to standardize and align regulatory processes across sites.
- Engage with regulatory authorities and trade associations to anticipate headwinds and adapt to evolving regulatory standards.
- Lead risk assessments and develop compliance strategies to support business growth
- Identify efficiencies to streamline RSA H&W operations while maintaining compliance
- Support M&A and JV due diligence as needed
Your Profile:
- At least 7 – 10 years of years regulatory compliance experience related to microbiome solutions, pre- and post-biotics products, scientific claims substantiation, etc ideally within a B2B manufacturer
- Proven leadership in regulatory strategy and compliance, product development, and team development.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, operations, and their regulatory impact.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and remote team environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Office.
