As Creative Studio Manager, you help shape how 2 growing health supplement brands—Bio-Kult and Protexin—show up across packaging, digital commerce and global markets. This role sits at the center of our creative production operation. You lead the day‑to‑day running of the Creative Studio, making sure teams have clarity, priorities stay aligned, and creative work moves from brief to delivery with quality and consistency.
You’ll work across packaging, eCommerce, campaigns and regulatory artwork, partnering with marketing, packaging, project management and external agencies to deliver work that reaches customers across multiple channels and markets. This is hands‑on work with real responsibility. Some days you’ll be solving production challenges, reviewing packaging files or managing studio capacity. Other days you’ll be aligning stakeholders, improving processes or helping the team navigate changing priorities. The pace is real, and so is the impact of the work.
What you’ll do
- Lead the Creative Studio
- You’ll manage the day‑to‑day flow of work through the studio—from brief intake and sprint planning to quality control and delivery timelines.
- Bring structure and visibility to production workflows.
- Prioritize work across multiple teams and deadlines.
- Challenge incomplete briefs and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Help balance workload, studio capacity and business priorities.
- Support and develop a small team of coordinators.
- Deliver high‑quality artwork and production
- You’ll oversee artwork production across both Bio‑Kult and Protexin, including packaging updates, claims changes, print‑ready files and new product launches.
- You’ll also support digital production work across Amazon A+ content, email templates, and campaign production.
- Attention to detail matters here. You’ll help make sure every asset leaving the studio reflects the brand correctly and meets the required production standards.
- Help teams work responsibly and compliantly
- Packaging and health claims require accuracy and consistency. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Packaging and Project Management teams to ensure artwork is reviewed, approved and compliant before it goes live or to print.
- When questions come up, you’ll help teams resolve them early and keep projects moving responsibly.
- Build strong working relationships
- This role works across many teams and external partners. You’ll manage agency and print supplier relationships, coordinate specialist production support when needed, and help ensure work is delivered to the right standard, timeline and cost.
- Success in this role comes through collaboration, clear communication and good judgment.
What you bring
- You understand how creative production works in fast‑moving consumer environments.
- You know how to balance quality, timelines and stakeholder expectations without losing focus on the details.
- We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience leading creative production, artwork or studio operations.
- Strong knowledge of packaging artwork and print processes.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Illustrator and InDesign.
