Protexin Ltd is looking for two proactive Supply Chain Assistants to support our materials, planning, and customer service functions. This is a varied role with real global impact, helping deliver products to over 90 countries, and is based at our facility in Lopen, Somerset on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Material Planning
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support production
- Manage stock levels, supplier coordination, and inventory movements
- Support forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Planning
- Assist with day-to-day production planning activities
- Release and track shop orders, ensuring material availability
- Work closely with production teams to prevent delays
- Customer Service
- Process UK and international orders using IFS
- Coordinate shipments and export documentation
- Liaise with logistics partners, customers, and internal teams
