Reporting directly to the Head of Planning and Logistics, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Planner to join our team and help with the growth and evolution of ADM. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the key objectives of the role are achieved.
Duties include:
- Press, Laser, Flat Bed, Fabrication, Paint Line, and Assembly ensuring effective capacity alignment, controlled work-in-progress levels, material availability, and on-time delivery to customers.
- Support and drive initiatives to achieve KPI targets focused on reducing inventory levels and overall supply chain costs.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate safety stock levels across key stages of the manufacturing process.
- Monitor customer schedule inputs within SAP and conduct overall capacity analysis to ensure production plan readiness and achievement of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) targets.
- Collaborate with production teams to manage capacity in alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
