Role Overview The General Manager is responsible for the overall commercial and operational performance of the Crompton Lamps contract and the Newcastle warehouse operation.
The role provides strategic leadership across sales, customer service, warehouse operations, logistics, health and safety, financial performance, and people management.
The postholder will ensure the continued growth and profitability of the Crompton Lamps contract while maintaining an efficient, safe, and high-performing warehouse operation that consistently delivers excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Primary locations: Bradford Crompton Lamps Contract Scotswood Road, Newcastle upon Tyne Warehouse Operations Regular travel between both sites is required.
