We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join us on a fixed term contract for a minimum of 9 months with possibility to extend, to be responsible for building and coaching high‑performing delivery teams across production, marketing, digital, data and automation. You will guide teams in adopting Agile practices, removing blockers, driving continuous improvement and improving the flow of work from ideation through to delivery. This role requires someone who can work confidently in both structured and unstructured environments, helping teams shift towards Agile ways of working while still partnering effectively with stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be in the Bristol office 2 -3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop high‑performing delivery teams across production, marketing, digital, data and automation.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile practices, improving ways of working and enabling continuous improvement.
- Proactively remove blockers and optimise workflow from ideation through to delivery.
- Operate confidently in both structured and unstructured environments, supporting Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, BAU and hybrid models.
- Champion transparency, collaboration and process optimisation across cross‑functional teams.
- Keep teams focused on delivering high‑quality outcomes that drive automation, efficiency and customer value.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within marketing, creative operations, media, digital, data or supply‑chain tech environments.
- Strong understanding of production workflows (print, POS, artwork, premiums, media) and ability to tailor Agile ceremonies to operational realities.
- Skilled in coaching teams in Scrum, Kanban and hybrid models, including teams transitioning from Waterfall or unstructured delivery.
- Familiar with AI‑driven automation, workflow systems, RPA and rule‑based optimisation tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent facilitator of sprint ceremonies, workshops, refinements, retros and cross‑functional problem‑solving; effective at identifying blockers and managing risks.
- Comfortable supporting multi‑disciplinary teams and navigating complex dependencies across vendors, global teams and technical platforms.
