We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering adm indicia's technology solutions. This group-level position involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, document processes, assess risks, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic projects. Reporting to the Head of Business Analysis, you will manage assigned projects, provide regular progress updates, and support collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution. You'll also support solution design, estimation, agile development activities, and occasionally lead application testing or smaller project initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about driving high-quality outcomes across technology and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce clear, high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and review end-to-end processes to identify improvements.
- Manage and maintain project backlogs and documentation to support approvals.
- Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop process flows and support solution design, prototyping, and development.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Support large cross-functional initiatives and daily Scrum activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisation.
- Assist with cost-benefit analysis and prioritisation.
- Use user insights to shape customer-centric solutions and strong UX.
- Identify root causes and recommend solutions to reduce issues and inefficiencies.
- Lead or support project meetings and translate goals into clear milestones.
- Contribute to testing, validation, and broader project management tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years' experience as a software/technology analyst with strong SDLC knowledge.
- Skilled in Scrum and Kanban with solid understanding of agile metrics and ceremonies.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and workflow understanding (Front–Back office).
- Proven ability to evaluate solution options and deliver large, complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and coordinating or leading team members.
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively across diverse project types and regions.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Experience with Figma, Power BI, Airtable and familiarity with modern tech (.NET, C#, SQL, React, APIs).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Exceptional time management, organisation, attention to detail, and a strong team-focused mindset.
