We are looking for an experienced, conceptual Copywriter with strong cultural insight and the ability to craft compelling, locally relevant content. You will create everything from social media copy, web content, and blogs to display advertising and e-commerce copy for a premium global brand.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a deep understanding of local market nuances and consumer tone across Poland, the UK, Czechia, Italy, and Spain. Native-level fluency in the local language and strong English skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Specialise in creating high-quality digital content tailored to local audiences in Poland, the UK, Czechia, Italy, or Spain β including landing pages, social media posts, and display ads.
- Handle both large-scale content projects and short-form copy, such as taglines or headlines, while maintaining a consistent tone and high standard across all consumer touchpoints.
- Transcreate global marketing materials to ensure they are culturally and linguistically relevant to your local market.
- Contribute to the refinement of workflows, content quality, and internal best practices for content development.
- Collaborate with a global team on both local and international projects, working across time zones and disciplines while ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural alignment.
- Ensure all content meets the project's objectives and the client's expectations, both in tone and technical accuracy.
- Produce a range of deliverables, including user-facing content, copy decks, reports, and formal communications.
- Maintain clarity, fluency, and grammatical precision, ensuring every asset reflects the brand's voice and meets the highest linguistic and cultural standards.
- Proven experience in professional copywriting, preferably for digital and marketing channels.
- Native-level fluency in the local language (Polish, English, Czech, Italian, or Spanish) and strong command of written English.
- Ability to produce flawless, grammatically accurate copy with a natural and professional tone adapted to local audiences.
- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills; confident in reviewing and elevating existing content.
- Skilled at interpreting briefs and turning them into engaging, on-brand copy that aligns with client objectives and tone of voice.
- Comfortable writing across a variety of digital formats, including websites, paid and organic social media, and display advertising.
- Able to maintain tone, terminology, and voice consistency across different platforms and content types.
- Comfortable collaborating with international teams, including non-native speakers, and applying feedback while maintaining content quality and intent.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams, departments, and time zones.
- Confident working both independently and within a cross-functional team environment.
