We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Services Director (CSD) to lead one of our most high‑profile, multi‑market European partnerships. This account represents a strategically critical and operationally sophisticated programme, combining high‑volume retail display execution with complex procurement governance, structured savings validation, and rigorous performance reporting.
This is a senior leadership position with full accountability for business unit health, strategic direction, and governance integrity across multiple markets and workstreams. The successful candidate will lead with confidence, protect financial performance, drive European harmonisation, and ensure delivery excellence at scale. This role requires a proactive, data‑led, commercially disciplined leader who can balance operational complexity with strategic transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Own the overall health and strategic direction of the business unit across multiple European markets
- Provide full team leadership across markets and workstreams
- Protect and manage P&L performance, ensuring margin control and financial accuracy
- Enforce procurement governance and structured savings validation processes
- Drive harmonisation and simplification across markets to improve efficiency and consistency
- Lead high‑level stakeholder engagement, building trusted senior relationships
- Ensure proactive, insight‑led reporting and performance management
- Identify risk early and implement mitigation strategies
- Align supply chain, commercial, and operational functions to deliver seamless retail activation
