- Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic and emerging channels.
- Embed advanced analytics, reporting and performance tracking with data and tech teams.
- Lead client relationships, advise on digital maturity and identify growth opportunities.
- Coach and develop a high‑performing paid media team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
