Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic and emerging channels.
  • Embed advanced analytics, reporting and performance tracking with data and tech teams.
  • Lead client relationships, advise on digital maturity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coach and develop a high‑performing paid media team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies, applying fresh thinking to media strategies and client solutions.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting and profitability, ensuring financial compliance and cost control.
