At adm Indicia, we believe in creating new value. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end ownership of products. You will define the vision, strategy, roadmap and in-life optimisation of your products, ensuring they meet business needs, operational realities and client expectations. You will identify opportunities to digitise, automate and simplify processes across the value chain, from briefing and artwork creation, to sourcing, production, quality assurance, fulfilment, measurement and reporting. This role blends technical and commercial understanding, requiring you to translate business problems into user-centred solutions, partnering with delivery teams, Operations and Client Services to successfully launch and embed enhancements across global teams. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week office attendance expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap to launch and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, Engineering, and Commercial teams to identify needs and deliver solutions.
  • Drive digitisation, automation, and workflow improvements across print, marketing, and production processes.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear business and operational benefits for stakeholders.
  • Lead Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and incremental value delivery.
  • Use data and metrics to inform decisions, track performance, and optimise products.
  • Champion change adoption, supporting teams to embrace new tools, processes, and ways of working.
  • Maintain high standards in documentation, training materials, and process flows, ensuring quality and compliance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) within print production, promotional merchandise, marketing technology, digital workflow tools, media operations or supply-chain technology.
  • Experience with MarTech, AdTech, database platforms or digital asset management.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, RPA or rules-based workflow engines and how they can enhance operational performance.
  • Ability to build product roadmaps, vision statements and market-informed backlogs.
  • Skilled at gathering and validating stakeholder needs: user research, interviews, shadowing, process mapping and requirements definition.
  • Strong analytical capability—comfortable using data and metrics to shape decisions, prioritisation and performance tracking (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Demonstrated Agile experience, able to work effectively with Engineering and Operations to run sprints, refine backlogs and deliver incremental value.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into operational benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience launching product enhancements, coordinating go-to-market plans and supporting adoption across complex or global organisations.

Desirable:

  • Strong understanding of production workflows (print, POS, premiums, artwork, media), including typical bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
  • Experience in global marketing, retail, FMCG or agency environments, where speed and transparency are critical.
  • Knowledge of database structures, API integrations, metadata management or data hygiene.
  • Understanding of commercial models, business cases and ROI analysis for production or technology investments.
  • Familiarity with media buying workflow, regulatory requirements and campaign activation processes.
  • Experience improving supply-chain visibility, real-time tracking or vendor/partner integrations.
