We’re looking for a senior Insight Director with a strong analytical background and a strategic mindset, who can turn complex data into clear, compelling stories with actionable recommendations. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the delivery of insight-driven solutions that solve client challenges, while enabling our teams to deliver smarter, higher-quality work. You’ll move seamlessly between deep analysis and senior stakeholder engagement, providing clear, persuasive insights, building trusted client relationships, and driving impact across marketing, client services, creative, technology, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scoping, design, and delivery of analytical solutions that address client challenges
- Strategic analysis, translating complex campaigns and customer data into clear, actionable insights
- Articulate insights, make recommendations, and help develop strategy, providing interpretation and decision support rather than modelling
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all analytical projects, from ideation through to presentation
- Collaborate effectively across marketing, client services, creative, technology, and production teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted insight partner
- Coach, manage, and mentor data scientists and analysts, enhancing the team’s overall analytical capability
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and optimize delivery efficiency
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong numerical and analytical foundation
- Proven ability to develop compelling, data-driven stories with insight-led strategic recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing analytical projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery
- Experience coaching, managing, and mentoring analysts and data scientists
- Strong technical understanding of modern analytical approaches, including data mining and manipulation
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Strong experience with CDPs and CEPs (e.g., Treasure Data, Adobe, Braze, Iterable)
- Experience with analytical and data platforms such as Microsoft Azure/Databricks, AWS, and Snowflake
