The Account Manager will join high-performing local market teams delivering top-tier marketing services for one of our largest global clients. Reporting to the Account Director, you will work closely with strategy, performance, creative, and production specialists to ensure a seamless client experience. You will oversee the daily execution and coordination of client work, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all project touchpoints. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will manage timelines, clarify briefs, and resolve issues with a calm, collaborative approach. The team plays a central role in ensuring transparency, quality, and efficiency across marketing investments. With a focus on retail and shopper activation, your role will connect strategic priorities with local execution, contributing to smarter, quicker, and more impactful outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering client campaigns and retail activation activities from planning through implementation
- Serve as a primary daily contact for internal teams and clients
- Manage and update project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Escalate issues and support resolution of delivery challenges
- Coordinate with sourcing, creative, and production teams to align workstreams
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client reviews
- Ensure compliance with brand, budget, and process standards
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, tools, and client engagement
Skills and Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing, client services, or agency delivery
- Print and POS experience
- Strong organisational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Commercially aware with budget management experience
- Italian or French language skills are a bonus
- Accountable, structured, and solutions‑focused; calm under pressure
