Are you ready to make an impact and drive success? As an Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of our innovative sales programs.

You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, exceed client expectations, and contribute to the overall success of adm.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of client brands, business models, and objectives.
  • Provide sales support for client initiatives, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Analyze and present retail and consumer trends to align with account goals.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams, creative agencies, and suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities for client efficiency in procurement, product focus, and point-of-sale strategies.
  • Manage operational tasks such as cost calculations, quotes, shipment tracking, and product sourcing.
  • Prepare and review weekly status reports for account management updates.
  • Work cross-functionally to support logistics, operations, and financial objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or a high school diploma with 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Experience in procurement outsourcing, branding, or promotions is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and see them through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Well-organized with the ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
