As a Sales Director at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and independent agencies. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and independent agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts.
  • Drive new business.
  • Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth.
  • Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Travel and onsite client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies.
  • Understanding the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Excellent media and communication skills.
  • Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies.
  • Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy.
