What you will do:

  • Manage and grow the assigned book of agency business through the development of account management, business development, and commercial strategies;
  • Maintain and expand the client portfolio within the agency, acting as a strategic advisor to facilitate brief conversations, programmatic execution, and overall campaign success with Adlook;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at Adlook for your book of business, addressing technical and commercial inquiries professionally and efficiently;
  • Provide valuable insights to clients regarding campaign enhancements and optimizations by becoming an expert in Adlook solutions;
  • Build client-facing materials and best practices to grow client business;
  • Offer ongoing training to clients as new features are rolled out;
  • Support the regional commercial team during the sales lifecycle with technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional leaders, engaging in collaborative problem-solving to address business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and drive organizational efficiency.

What is required:

  • 6+ years of experience in ad tech (preferably in a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, or data provider);
  • Experience working with UK agencies, with a proven track record of growing adoption of programmatic solutions within a complex agency matrix through commercial engagement;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the executive team and industry groups;
  • Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions;
  • Native English language skills;
  • Vast technical and commercial understanding of the programmatic industry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
