Head of Logistics/Warehouse Operations Manager
Working alongside:
Other Drivers, Warehouse Staff & Office Staff
Primary Role
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes using company vehicles.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow route and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
- Complete logs, reports and paperwork as required
- Follow all regulations and safety standards
- Assist warehouse operatives whenever not driving to fulfil hours each week
Documentation/Reporting Responsibilities
- Vehicle Walkaround checks
- Vehicle Fault reporting
- Maintaining all rental equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
Personal Qualities
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
Skills &Qualifications
- Full Driving License*
- Clean Driving License
- Industry relevant experience*
- Advance Driver
- Fork Lift Truck License
Experience
- Previous work in a similar role would be advantageous, even in other sectors
- Previous experience of audio, visual and lighting equipment would be additionally helpful
