As PPC Executive, you'll take full ownership of paid search and display campaigns for a rapidly growing brand with ambitious customer acquisition targets. This is a great opportunity to join a performance-focused marketing team that values experimentation and data-driven decision making. This is a hybrid role, ideally 3 days in the office, but they will consider flexing to one or two days in the office for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:- Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage and optimise display campaigns across Google Ads and StackAdapt.
- Take full ownership of daily campaign management including budgets, keyword bids, ad placements and targeting strategies.
- Regularly analyse campaign data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Write compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Lead continuous A/B testing across ad formats, copy, keywords, audiences and landing pages.
- Explore new opportunities to expand reach whilst keeping target demographics in mind.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and PPC best practices.
- Collaborate with a marketing team focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Experience in a similar paid media or digital marketing role (agency or in-house background).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience with StackAdapt or similar programmatic display platforms is a bonus.
- Able to operate independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Ability to present results and learnings to both digital specialists and senior leadership.
