The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, delivery-focused Senior Marketing Manager to drive the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple sites and channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Sales, you’ll lead day-to-day delivery, manage priorities, and keep projects moving - ensuring campaigns land on time, on brand and with real commercial impact. You’ll also manage and develop two Marketing Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social, web and local channels
- Manage timelines, priorities and workflows across multiple projects
- Line manage and develop two Marketing Executives
- Ensure high-quality, on-brand output working with design and video teams
- Act as the key link between marketing, parks, suppliers and senior leadership
- Identify and remove blockers to keep projects on track
- Improve processes and ways of working (e.g. Monday.com / Trello)
- Support campaign performance tracking and continuous improvement

Proven experience in campaign, marketing or project management roles.
