Were looking for someone with team leadership experience to join an ethical, quality-driven specialist working onsite on exciting projects (1kW to 4.5MW) across the Bristol area. What youll be doing
As a lead installer you will be responsible for installing solar panels on commercial properties in line with safety regulations and standards. Youll be involved in all stages of an installation project, from inception to completion, including project planning and preparing risk assessments and method statements. Theyll need you to have led a team onsite delivering high quality installations, communicating effectively in a calm, approachable and professional manner. You will be involved in assessing locations for suitability, measuring and marking out installation areas, preparing surfaces, mounting and installing solar panels, maintaining accurate records of completed work and materials used and testing the systems. This role is very much onsite and will require travel and flexibility.
