You will create and deliver trusted reporting that supports day to day decision making across operations, commercial and finance teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear insight that people genuinely rely on. What you’ll be doing:
- Own reporting from start to finish.
- Gather requirements directly from stakeholders, design clear reporting solutions and build dashboards that answer business questions.
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams on‑site to understand how the business runs and reflect that in the data.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards across hospitality and e‑commerce performance, ensuring numbers are accurate and trusted.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support planning, performance reviews and decision making.
- Build confidence in data through documentation, validation and simple self‑service tools.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Several years of experience as a Senior BI Data Analyst or similar role (at a senior level).
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working across multiple data sources.
- Hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
