We’re working with a lovely B Corp agency that due to growth are hiring a Resource Manager to join the team. You’ll create clarity across projects, manage capacity and ensure the right people are working on the right work at the right time. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly!

Responsibilities

  • Act as the coordination point across all incoming and active work.
  • Manage schedules, track utilisation, and allocate the right skills to each project.
  • Maintain a clear view of capacity and flag risks early, helping teams stay ahead of delivery challenges.
  • Work closely with department leads and project teams to understand priorities and match people to projects based on skills and availability.
  • Support planning sessions, keep systems up to date, and ensure timelines are realistic and achievable.
  • Contribute to improving how resource management works across the business.
  • Help refine processes, support forecasting, and provide insight that informs hiring or external support decisions.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, balancing different needs while keeping delivery on track.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Proven experience in a Resource Manager, Traffic Manager, Studio Manager or Production Manager role within an agency environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders at once.
  • Confidence working with data, utilisation reporting, and forecasting.
  • Understanding of digital, data, or technology project environments.
  • Ability to make clear, balanced decisions around resource allocation.
  • Experience using project or resource management tools.
