ADLIB is seeking an SEO Manager for a fast-growing startup agency in the UK.

You will own SEO across a portfolio of clients, develop strategies, lead six-week sprints, and guide content and implementation teams.

You’ll shape Local SEO, AI search visibility, and reporting, with ownership of quality and impact.

The role is fully remote across the UK, offering £40,000 base plus up to £5,000 bonus (£45,000 OTE) and genuine autonomy to shape the function in a growing business.
