We’re working with a fast-growing tech scaleup that helps businesses bring digital products to life—combining slick delivery processes with a curated network of nearshore dev partners. They’ve developed web, app and platform products for household names and public sector clients. They are looking for a Product Owner to help shape and deliver an AI Fintech platform.

What you'll be doing:

  • This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products—many with an emerging AI angle.
  • Own the delivery process from discovery to launch—writing user stories, managing backlogs, running sprints and aligning teams.
  • Lead 1–2 major accounts (plus a few smaller ones), from new app builds to platform upgrades—some with complex AI/ML elements.
  • Translate big ideas into actionable product plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, design, engineering and offshore teams to bring smart, scalable products to life.
  • Work on a mix of projects across sectors—B2C apps, internal tools, public platforms and AI-powered user experiences.

What experience you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a digital agency, consultancy or similar.
  • Previous experience in (or exposure to) AI product delivery—or a real desire to get hands-on with it.
  • Ideally previous delivery experience; whether that's as a Digital Project Manager or a Delivery Manager.
  • Strong delivery experience—user stories, agile sprints, stakeholder management and team alignment.
  • Able to work with offshore/nearshore development teams effectively.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, workstreams and client conversations.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, question and keep delivery on track.

What you’ll get in return for your talents:

  • Salary up to £65k, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working – 2 days a week in a central Bristol workspace.
  • The opportunity to help shape platforms used by thousands—and gain deep exposure to AI product delivery along the way.
