We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Search Executive to join a leading UK investment brand’s Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your paid media career, working on substantial budgets and making a real impact on customer acquisition performance.
If you’re a Paid Search Executive, PPC Executive or Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years’ experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, and you’re ready to take the next step in your performance marketing journey, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- As Paid Search Executive, you’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns, working closely with the wider Performance team to drive performance and meet ambitious business objectives.
- Assist in developing and executing paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing campaigns that drive meaningful customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metrics including CTR, CPC, and ROI, using data insights to continuously improve results and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and run A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates across all search activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure paid search efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights, communicating campaign results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to campaign management.
Experience you’ll need
- 1-2 years’ experience in a paid search or digital marketing role, with hands‑on campaign management experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven decisions that improve performance and ROI.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with an understanding of how to track and measure campaign success across the customer journey.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to create engaging ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment whilst maintaining high standards.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving with a genuine curiosity about what makes campaigns perform and how to continuously improve results.
- Google Ads certification is desirable, and experience working in financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
