We\’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join a rapidly growing agency in the heart of Bristol. Working with an exciting mix of challenger brands and established players across lifestyle, eCommerce, education and tech, you\’ll have the chance to shape paid media strategies that genuinely drive results.
You\’ll work hands-on across the full spectrum of paid media, from initial brief to performance analysis.

This isn\’t just about managing campaigns, you\’ll be collaborating with the team to develop strategies, test new approaches, and work directly with clients to help them understand what\’s working and where opportunities lie. What you\’ll be doing

  • Developing comprehensive paid media plans that align with diverse client objectives, from brand awareness through to conversion optimisation.
  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
  • Conducting audience research and creative testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Building strong relationships with media owners and staying ahead of platform developments and industry trends.
  • Creating compelling, insight-rich reports that demonstrate impact and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contributing strategic thinking to client sessions, performance reviews and campaign development.

What you\’ll need

  • Hands-on experience running paid search and/or paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • A genuine passion for performance marketing with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present to clients and collaborate effectively.
  • Curiosity about new platforms, formats and testing opportunities – you\’re always looking for the next breakthrough.
  • Experience across programmatic or emerging platforms would be brilliant but not essential.
