What you’ll be doing

As Middleweight Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a mix of client‑led projects and internal marketing initiatives. Working on campaigns for retail, charity, health, and education clients, you’ll design across a wide range of media including print, direct mail, branding, websites, email campaigns and social assets.

You’ll take projects from brief through to final delivery, working closely with the Client Services Team and Creative Lead. You’ll be responsible for concept development, client communication and feedback, and execution.

Working within a small but growing design team, you’ll work alongside developers and project managers to ensure work is on‑brand and meets the brief. You’ll manage your own workload, maintaining high attention to detail and creative consistency throughout.

You’ll also contribute to the agency’s brand and creative strategy, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Design experience in a creative or integrated agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a good understanding of Figma.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Interest in AI tools like Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT or Midjourney.
  • Strong layout, typography and brand application skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Positive, collaborative and strategic in your approach.
