Overview

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Growth Marketer to take full ownership of a purpose-led brand’s B2B marketing strategy. You’ll think Win-win, bring a growth mindset, and be a pacesetter. You\’ll be joining a business that’s on a mission to change lives through industry-leading apprenticeships, with a 3x growth plan over the next 4 years. Although their business is apprenticeships, their approach is very much like a SaaS business, so if you’re looking to break out of SaaS and into a high growth business with real purpose, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll create, manage and optimise campaigns that drive awareness, credibility and growth – all while working with a passionate, collaborative team.This role is exclusive to ADLIB. Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead all B2B marketing activity, crafting campaigns that speak directly to business audiences and decision-makers.
  • You’ll develop vertical-specific messaging, build proof-of-value content, and create case studies and testimonials that support sales and retention.
  • You’ll manage email marketing programmes that generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • You’ll keep the website fresh and functional using WordPress, support SEO strategy, and ensure compliance.
  • You’ll raise brand awareness through PR, events and external communications.
  • You’ll be the go-to for marketing insight across the business, aligning closely with sales through CRM and Salesforce reporting.
  • You’ll own data, reporting and optimisation, making decisions based on performance and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • As the business grows, you’ll define and build a marketing team. Until then, you’ll be hands-on – designing assets in Canva, updating web content, and leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll collaborate across teams, bringing your marketing vision to life and making sure marketing is embedded in everything the business does.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in a generalist role with a focus on growth.
  • Experience creating vertical-specific messaging and campaigns.
  • Strong track record in developing case studies and proof-of-value content.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, CMA and project management.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Canva, email marketing platforms and Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-minded approach.
  • Confident communicator, calm under pressure and highly organised.
