We’re partnered up with a fantastic Bristol heritage brand that we are exclusively representing with recruitment of their brand new Marketing Assistant. This role will be a good match for someone who has already gained some experience in digital, content creation, social media or events.
What you’ll be doing
This role plays a key part in delivering day-to-day social media activity across core platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. Content planning, creation and scheduling sit at the heart of the role, ensuring everything aligns with brand tone and visual standards. Performance and engagement are monitored regularly, supporting optimisation and audience growth, alongside hands-on support with photography, video and basic editing. Alongside social media, the role supports events, email marketing and PR activity. This includes assisting with the planning and delivery of launches, exhibitions and client events, coordinating logistics, communications and follow-ups. Support is also provided across newsletters, press releases, media lists and incoming press enquiries, as well as organising marketing materials, product loans and creative assets. The role offers broad exposure across the full marketing mix.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Previous experience in a digital, social or content role.
- Proven experience managing social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong writing skills for both short and long-form content.
