As a Senior Project Manager / Senior Events Producer, you’ll lead the creation, planning and execution of impactful events, activations and campaigns. You’ll manage complex projects, collaborate with creative teams, and bring bold ideas to life. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, communicates clearly and manages multiple stakeholders with confidence and care.
You’ll work within a growing creative studio that delivers high‑quality experiences for well‑known consumer brands without naming them publicly. In this Senior Events Producer role, you’ll deliver the full lifecycle of creative events and campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll scope projects, recommend budgets, guide timelines and ensure smooth production throughout. You’ll brief internal designers, support the development of assets and ensure all creative materials land on time. You’ll manage workflows, prepare documentation, oversee suppliers and negotiate contracts while maintaining quality and value.
You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams, building strong relationships and communicating updates clearly. You’ll also support new business pitches, research and sourcing, and ensure projects run smoothly on site across the UK, Europe and the US. When required, you’ll lead teams on installations, derigs and live event delivery.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
