About the Role
The Senior Event Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving both creative output and business success. This is a handsâon, clientâfacing position, focused on developing project proposals, guiding events from concept to delivery, and ensuring every experience is executed to the highest standard. This is not a coldâcalling sales role. All incoming leads come through warm enquiries, typically via the company's general inbox or through existing relationships. The focus is on responding quickly and strategically to client interest, providing exceptional service from the first interaction through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming client enquiries with confidence, creativity, and professionalism.
