We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with ambitions to work up to Account Director level and beyond. FMCG Brand & Creative agency experience is a must, as is exceptional client services admin, project management, expectations management, and operational excellence.
You will join a long-established, independent Brand Strategy and Creative agency entering an exciting new chapter of transformation and growth. With a major rebrand underway, they are repositioning themselves as a forward-thinking, upstream strategic consultancy for some of the world’s biggest brands and boldest challengers.
This award-winning Brand Strategy agency has many decades of heritage in the FMCG space, continually winning high profile upstream strategic projects across a range of B2B and B2C sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will bring existing Creative & Branding agency experience – ideally including FMCG packaging design project experience, and provide exceptional client services, relationship building and operational support for 2-4 key household name brand clients.
- The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will deliver world-class brand, creative and omnichannel marketing projects for clients in both Europe and India.
- Clients are varied and projects are career defining – from reimagining iconic brands, delivering creative for a world-famous Spirits/Drinks brand, to becoming part of the team delivering a major brand build and high level strategy for a new airline.
What experience you’ll need to apply:
- Proven track record as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager is ideal.
- Previous experience in a Creative, Design, or Brand Strategy agency is essential.
- Experience working with FMCG clients would be advantageous, particularly a drinks/spirits brand, but this is not essential.
- Exceptional client relationship, account management, and project delivery skills.
- Ambitious, brave, and looking to do the best work of your career – an entrepreneurial, growth mindset.
