What's the role?
As Account Manager, you will be the client's main point of contact throughout all stages of a project. This means you'll build and maintain great relationships with people across everything we do. Reporting to the Head of Rental, London, you will be part of a team who are able to support you to grow and develop both personally and in achieving the company's aims.
Located in the satellite office, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of job pricing and delivery, drawing on support from our world-leading Technical, Logistics and Project Management Teams both locally in London and from our Liverpool HQ.
You'll have a focus on increasing market share in London and the south of England, particularly in Trade Hire, Corporate events, and integrated Audio, Video, Lighting, and Rigging production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout all stages of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all sectors
- Oversee all aspects of job pricing and delivery
- Collaborate with in-house Technical and Logistics teams across the group
- Focus on increasing market share in London and the south of England, particularly in Trade Hire, Corporate events and integrated Audio, Video, Lighting, and Rigging production
- Conduct site visits throughout the UK as required
- Represent the Adlib brand and communicate the company culture effectively
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- Experience in the live production industry, particularly in Audio, Lighting, Rigging or Video
- Background in account management or client-facing roles (we welcome both seasoned professionals and those looking to build their career from scratch)
- Ability to apply your experiences to the role effectively

- Strong relationship-building abilities, both inside and outside the organisation
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
