This Senior BI Data Analyst role is all about ownership, visibility and impact. You will create and deliver trusted reporting that supports day to day decision making across operations, commercial and finance teams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear insight that people genuinely rely on. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role where your work will be seen, involved and valued.

What you’ll be doing

  • As a Senior BI Analyst, you will own reporting from start to finish.
  • You will gather requirements directly from stakeholders, design clear reporting solutions and build dashboards that answer business questions.
  • You will work closely with operational and commercial teams on‑site to understand how the business runs and reflect that in the data.
  • You will create and maintain automated dashboards across hospitality and e‑commerce performance, ensuring numbers are accurate and trusted.
  • Alongside this, you will deliver ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support planning, performance reviews and decision making.
  • A key part of the role is building confidence in data through documentation, validation and simple self‑service tools.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Several years of experience as a Senior BI Data Analyst or similar role (at a senior level).
  • Strong SQL skills and confidence working across multiple data sources.
  • Hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with non‑technical teams.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail or e‑commerce environments is desirable.
  • Comfortable on‑site 5 days per week.
