You will create and deliver trusted reporting that supports day to day decision making across operations, commercial and finance teams. What you’ll be doing
- As a Senior BI Analyst, you will own reporting from start to finish.
- You will gather requirements directly from stakeholders, design clear reporting solutions and build dashboards that answer business questions.
- You will work closely with operational and commercial teams on‑site to understand how the business runs and reflect that in the data.
- You will create and maintain automated dashboards across hospitality and e‑commerce performance, ensuring numbers are accurate and trusted.
- Alongside this, you will deliver ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support planning, performance reviews and decision making.
- A key part of the role is building confidence in data through documentation, validation and simple self‑service tools.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Several years of experience as a Senior BI Data Analyst or similar role (at a senior level).
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working across multiple data sources.
- Hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with non‑technical teams.
- Experience in hospitality, retail or e‑commerce environments is desirable.
- Comfortable on‑site 5 days per week.
