We\’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing eCommerce brand based in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced email marketer looking to take complete ownership of a critical channel within a data-driven, entrepreneurial organisation. This role would suit someone who has already gained solid experience managing email marketing for DTC brands, you’ll need to have solid experience with Klaviyo. What you\’ll be doing
As Email Marketing Manager, you will own and deliver the complete email marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Digital, and Content team. You\’ll be responsible for managing the Klaviyo platform end-to-end, including segmentation, automation flows, and deliverability optimisation.
You\’ll lead the development of customer lifecycle journeys whilst managing everything from content planning to campaign deployment and reporting. As Email Marketing Manager, you\’ll design and implement sophisticated automation sequences, working closely with the brand team to create meaningful customer connections. A key part of the role involves using data-driven insights to optimise performance metrics and drive revenue growth. You\’ll also focus on developing advanced segmentation strategies and retention campaigns.
