We are working with a much-loved eCommerce business that is known for its beautiful, sustainable lifestyle products and creative online presence. With a strong focus on quality, customer experience, and growing digital channels, they are looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support their growing web team.

What you'll be doing:

  • This is a hands-on role at the heart of the website trading function.
  • You will help make sure everything on site looks and feels right from uploading new products and managing listings, to checking promotions, pricing, and presentation.
  • You will play a part in delivering the online trading calendar, liaising with merchandisers and buyers, and supporting with new launches and seasonal changes.
  • Attention to detail will be key whether that’s updating copy and imagery, checking stock statuses, or reviewing how changes on the site affect sales.
  • There’s an opportunity here to get stuck into how eCommerce works behind the scenes, with exposure to areas like analytics, campaign performance, customer journeys, and working with external web agencies.

What experience you'll need:

  • This role would suit someone early in their eCommerce career, maybe a recent grad, or someone with some previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or project management.
  • You will need a keen eye for detail, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and confidence managing tasks that require accuracy and coordination.
  • A competitive, curious mindset and interest in how digital retail works would go a long way.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and updating content; some experience with Excel would be helpful.
  • You don’t need to have worked in eCommerce before, but some exposure to retail, Shopify, or digital environments would be a bonus.
  • A driving licence and access to a car is essential.
