Delivery Lead

Are you a seasoned digital project leader with a passion for delivering transformative solutions? We’re working with a CX-led digital agency that’s just come through a major transformation and is now in an exciting growth phase. Off the back of big client wins and internal changes, they’re on the lookout for an experienced Delivery Lead to join their London team. You’ll be delivering complex digital and transformation projects across a mix of sectors, partnering with well-known brands and working closely with strategy, UX, design, and tech teams to bring ideas to life.Projects include customer journey and CRM transformation, data-led platforms and dashboards, AI-powered internal tools and back-end product upgrades and website and CMS builds.What you’ll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technically complex digital projects.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming a key strategic partner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project setup and execution.
• Support business development efforts—shaping proposals, participating in RFPs and pitches.
• Coach and mentor project managers, fostering excellence and consistency in our delivery.
• Track performance metrics, financials, and risk mitigation plans across your portfolio.
• Help refine internal tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.

What experience you’ll need

• Proven experience in digital agency or product delivery roles, managing large or complex accounts.
• Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Jira, Miro, and Azure DevOps (Workfront a plus).
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder—internally and with clients.
• Commercially astute with an eye for profitability, resourcing, and scalable delivery.
• Confident leading pitches and articulating delivery strategy.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
