We’re supporting an agency specialising in branding and spatial design for hospitality, leisure and lifestyle sectors with their search for a Creative Lead. You’ll lead on art direction and design work on major projects for one of their largest clients. You’ll bring their brand to life across print, digital and physical environments. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll collaborate with architects, illustrators and animators to deliver projects that make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As Creative Lead, you’ll work directly with the Design Director to deliver creative projects from concept to completion.
  • You’ll lead on print and digital design, art direction and campaign development, focusing on one client but with the opportunity to work across branding and campaign projects for other clients as well.
  • You’ll mentor junior designers, share knowledge and help raise the creative bar across the studio.
  • You’ll contribute ideas in creative meetings, challenge briefs and bring insight into every project.
  • Expect to work on brand development, multichannel campaigns, and design assets for physical spaces.
  • You’ll also support with photoshoots, signage design and rollout, collaborating closely with architects and other specialists to create cohesive brand worlds.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Extensive agency experience working with a range of brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing art direction and design for multichannel campaigns.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and solid understanding of production processes.
  • Ability to conceptualise and ideate designs, and write compelling copy.
  • Excellent design fundamentals and eye for detail – typography, colour, layout, editing and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience in hospitality, leisure or lifestyle branding.
  • Familiarity with signage and environmental graphics.
