  • Implement server-to-server tracking connections and build traffic distribution rules
  • Use Make.com and Zapier to build automation flows between systems
  • Connect tracking platforms with Google Sheets, CRMs and other client systems
  • Set up Meta Lead Ads forms with conditional logic and qualification filters
  • Interpret client API documentation and configure POST/GET delivery endpoints
  • Cross-check lead counts across multiple platforms and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Analyse aggregated data to verify accuracy and identify tracking anomalies
  • Configure advanced routing by postcode, geo, demographic or logic rules

Experience You’ll Need

  • Hands‑on experience with tracking distribution systems such as RedTrack, Keitaro, Binom, Voluum or Thrive Tracker
  • Strong understanding of tracking links, parameters and how traffic tracking works
  • Experience with automation tools like Make.com or Zapier to connect systems and build workflows
  • Ability to integrate tracking platforms with CRMs, Google Sheets and other marketing tools
  • Knowledge of server-to-server tracking and traffic distribution flow
  • Experience with Meta Lead Ads and Meta Business Manager (technical implementation side)
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting API/webservice documentation
  • Familiarity with lead management platforms such as Leadbyte or Metalink
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to verify data accuracy across multiple platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach
  • Background in B2B lead generation or performance marketing technical setup

Tools You’ll be working with tracking platforms (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum, Thrive Tracker), automation tools (Make.com, Zapier), lead management systems (Leadbyte, Metalink), Meta Lead Ads & Business Manager, Google Sheets, various CRM systems and API/webservice integrations.

What You’ll Get in Return Competitive salary (£28-50k depending on experience), benefits package and hybrid working in Bristol (1 day per week in office). You’ll work directly with the MD in a growing start-up environment where your technical expertise will have real impact.
