We’re partnering with a fast-growing B2B agency looking to hire a Strategist / Senior Strategist to support increasing client demand. This is a broad and hands-on role where you will create, own and deliver strategic work across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with well-known global brands, helping them solve complex challenges across product, content, and go-to-market strategy. The Strategist / Senior Strategist will play a key role in delivering insight-led thinking and building strong client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a variety of strategic projects from start to finish.
- Conduct research, analyse data, and turn insights into clear, actionable plans, including market and competitor research, audience analysis, and identifying key themes from social and digital channels.
- Work directly with clients, leading calls, running interviews, and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure they move forward effectively.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning, content strategy, and campaign direction across multiple channels.
- Shape brand-new initiatives, including building nurture strategies from scratch, developing developer programmes, or defining short- and mid-term social media strategies for global tech brands.
- Balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven experience in a strategy, insights, or consulting role within an agency or tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
