An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a professional services organisation. This Business Analyst role will focus on Agile delivery, Peppermint CRM development, workflow automation and process improvement. Working closely with stakeholders, developers and Product Owners, you’ll help shape technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
What you’ll be doing
- Gather and analyse requirements, write user stories, support backlog prioritisation and facilitate workshops.
- Work within Agile Scrum teams to deliver Peppermint CRM enhancements, improve user journeys and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, support testing and help drive successful change adoption across the business.
