We’ve partnered exclusively with an established DTC Luxury Fashion / Luxury Goods brand who are the epitome of what a B Corp brand can do. They’re truly leading the way in terms of their purpose and both their products and mission are incredible! They’re an established brand, with plans to triple their profits (a huge portion of which is then donated) in the next three years and the Brand and Marketing Manager will play a leading role in driving this.
The ideal candidate will be an aspiring Head of Marketing, looking to grow the team in the future and who enjoys being hands-on, making things happen. This role is all about driving growth through brand and marketing activity - once customers find the brand, they tend to become loyal customers. Growth until now has largely been organic and this is your opportunity to take things to the next level. This role could be full-time or part-time, and they operate a hybrid working pattern. You can flex your hours, they are very open, but you will need to be able to come to their HQ in Kent at least twice a week as the pace is fast and there are so many new products being created all of the time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Initially, the Brand and Marketing Manager will be around 80% hands-on with 20% strategy and you’ll be supported by a brilliant performance marketing agency – you’ll need to have enough experience to drive efficiency and results through your partnership with them.
- You’ll work closely with the Founder and totally own your role. You’ll of course have their support, but we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager or perhaps somebody who’s been a Head of Marketing who thrives on accountability.
- You’ll enjoy being hands-on across multiple channels including:
- Brand development and increasing brand awareness through partnerships, activations, influencers and affiliates
- Community building
- Email Marketing
- Paid Media and Social Media – working with an agency
- Blogs and Content Creation to help tell the brand’s incredible story
- eCommerce
- Website optimisation
- PR and Media relations
- New product launches
- Setting, measuring and reporting on sales and marketing targets which align to business objectives
- Managing the marketing budget
If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!
The Experience You Need to Apply
- Proven track record in a growth focussed marketing role within Luxury Retail, Luxury Fashion or Luxury Accessories categories
- Knowledge of paid social and social media as a whole – enough to challenge and drive positive outcomes from a very good digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of email marketing to drive sales for a DTC / eCommerce brand
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on with brand and marketing campaign execution whilst also spotting opportunities, challenging and driving new ideas to increase revenue, and enough experience to see what the priorities are
- You might not have all of the boxes ticked, but you’re a test and learn kind of person
- A Brand and Marketing Manager with a growth mindset, positive energy and determination to make things happen, is a must!
What You’ll Get in Return for Your Experience
- Salary in the region of £55k-£75k depending on experience
- Excellent benefits and career progression
- An amazing office location
- Chance to work for one of the most purpose-led brands we’ve partnered with!
