A digital agency known for their impactful design work is looking for a Lead Digital Designer or Lead User Interface Designer to join their team. The agency is a small but mature team in central Bath where you’d be working alongside developers, designers, and project managers to create standout digital experiences for clients across the UK.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll lead the creative output day‑to‑day, shaping the direction of web design projects from initial client conversations through to final delivery.
  • You’ll work on brand‑led, interactive websites, combining strong conceptual thinking with polished UI craft.
  • You’ll turn user needs, business goals and technical constraints into designs that feel purposeful, modern and beautifully executed.
  • The UI Design Lead position is a hands‑on creative role involving ideation, storytelling, UI design, design systems and digital brand expression.
