This Digital Account Manager role is built for someone who enjoys translating digital performance into clear client value. You will work closely with a Head of Digital and specialist channel teams. You will own client relationships and create and manage digital strategies that support real business objectives. You will be trusted to advise, challenge and guide clients using insight and evidence. This is a hands-on role with space to shape how digital is delivered and communicated.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO. You will develop channel strategies aligned to client goals and oversee delivery by specialist teams and partners. You will lead client conversations, gather requirements, translate needs into clear digital plans, and present performance updates in a way that is easy to understand and focused on outcomes. You will analyse campaign data, identify opportunities to improve return on investment, and recommend next steps backed by insight. You will also support new business activity, contribute to pitches, and spot opportunities to grow existing accounts through relevant digital solutions.

Experience working as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar digital/integrated client-facing role is required. A proven background across multiple digital channels including PPC, Paid Social and SEO is essential. You should have experience building and managing digital strategies aligned to business objectives, confidence presenting data, insight and recommendations to stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively. Clear written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.
