An exciting opportunity has opened up for a talented Associate Creative Director to join a growing independent agency. This is a key role for an experienced and ambitious creative looking to make an impact, shape the future of a thriving business, and work on high-profile FMCG brands.
What you’ll be doing
As Associate Creative Director, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the creative output of the agency. Working closely with the founders, you’ll help define the agency’s creative direction while delivering standout work across integrated campaigns, from digital and social media to shopper marketing and promotional activations. You’ll be responsible for developing ideas that cut through, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring creative excellence across all projects. Comfortable in front of clients, you’ll present ideas with confidence, build relationships, and contribute to new business pitches. Internally, you’ll foster a collaborative and inspiring environment, working with the wider team to push creative boundaries and drive success. You’ll be developing integrated campaigns be it social, in-store, or sales promotions. What experience you’ll need
- Strong agency experience in a conceptual creative role.
- A portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns underpinned by strong creative strategy.
- Expertise in creative strategy, concept development, art direction, and copywriting (for headlines).
- Experience leading and inspiring teams, with a collaborative and ambitious mindset.
- Ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling creative ideas across multiple channels.
- Confident in client presentations, pitching, and building relationships.
- Experience across digital, social, shopper marketing, promotional activations, and content production.
- A passion for or experience in FMCG and grocery brand marketing preferred.
