Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive adoption, create best practice standards, deliver training, and help teams embed AI into their everyday work.

- At least one year of hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or similar technologies.
- Experience building or supporting AI workflows, automations, projects, or agent-based solutions.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

As an AI Adoption Co-Ordinator, you will take ownership of AI adoption initiatives across multiple teams.
You will lead the rollout of AI platforms, connectorsand workflows, ensuring employees are confident using these tools in their day-to-day responsibilities.
You will deliver engaging training sessions, provide ongoing support, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
The AI Adoption Co-Ordinatorwill also create clear documentation, maintainstandards and governance processes, and ensure AI usageremainseffective and compliant.
Youwill help build automated workflows and AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency whilst streamliningprocessesand deliver measurable value.
You will act as thecentral pointof contact for AI-related queries, helping teamsidentifyopportunities where AI can improve productivity, qualityand consistency.
Working closely with department leaders, you will encourage engagement, track adoptionlevelsand helpestablisha network of AI champions across the business to sustain momentum and share bestpractice.
The role will involve a mixture of strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
One day you could be running in-person workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions, and the next you could be developing AI skills, creating newworkflowsor refining processes that support businessobjectives.
You’llcontinuously evaluate new tools and capabilities, helping ensure theorganisationstays at the forefront of AI innovation whilemaintainingclear standards and governance.
