We are looking for an entry level Account Executive to join a dynamic client delivery team at an established marketing agency in Bath. You’ll help manage administration, reporting, and coordination across client projects. You will work closely with Account Directors, Account Managers, and Delivery Leads to ensure smooth delivery and excellent client service. This role is ideal if you enjoy organising, supporting teams, and developing operational and project management skills.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage renewals and contract administration, ensuring all documentation and approvals are handled efficiently.
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial tracking to keep client accounts on target.
- Maintain Salesforce and other systems, keeping opportunities, revenue, and project data up to date.
- Assist with forecasting, resource planning, and project tracking to help the team deliver work on time and on budget.
- Light client liaison, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating internal and client-facing activities.
- Help ensure processes are documented and followed, supporting continuous improvement and team efficiency.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Marketing or digital marketing background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with administrative tasks in a professional environment.
